1. Agreement to Terms

4. Cancellation and Termination

You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
You may lose access to features available only on paid plans.
Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which time you may export your data. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Freedom Unlimited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload, create, or transmit through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom Unlimited and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

9. General Provisions

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Freedom Unlimited regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Waiver. The failure of Freedom Unlimited to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
